Version 1.01.01 Finally Released!

It's a bit later than I'd like, but the production-ready version of this plugin has officially been released! As I've mentioned before, I cut out a couple of needless features for both user (and my) convenience. Healing works just fine with both skills and items, HP and MP.
The User Guide has been finalized as well, explaining everything you need to know to get started using the plugin... with some assumed knowledge, of course.
